Working with Reagan was an absolute dream! She was endlessly kind and patient with me while helping plan our trips, always making sure everything aligned with my timeframe and budget. We changed our minds more than once, and she pivoted seamlessly each time without hesitation(what a queen).

What impressed me most was how thoughtful she was about our likes and dislikes—every recommendation felt tailored just for us. When we decided to elope less than a month out, Reagan jumped right in and handled everything with such grace and efficiency. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring, which made the whole process stress free.

Thanks to her, our trip felt both luxurious and deeply personal. It was pure magic from start to finish, and I couldn’t have imagined it without her. I’m so grateful we found her and can’t wait to work with her again for future adventures!

Reagan was incredible to work with! Got to go on a once-in-a-lifetime trip with my parents to Ireland, and it will be a trip that we will all cherish for the rest of our lives! The accommodations were fabulous! And all the private experiences throughout the trip made it even more special! This trip would not have happened if it wasn’t for Reagan!

Reagan makes traveling stress-free, fabulous, and FUN. She is well organized, well connected, and easily reachable. I’ve used her services several times for international travel and locations within the United States. Whether you are traveling to Europe, Africa, or glamping out in West Texas, Reagan will make sure each experience is memorable. A major perk of working with Reagan is that she always manages to get us free upgrades at hotels, restaurants.. you name it. I don’t know how she does it, but you will never catch us complaining! ;) Highly recommend using her expertise to plan your next adventure.

Reagan is the best!! She’s fast, responsive, and always has great ideas for our family’s vacations. I’ve also booked several work trips through her as well. She thinks of everything and makes every trip stress free and seamless. Also, in my experience, there are several perks to being a SmartFlyer client, which I’ve enjoyed discovering. I book all of my travel this way now. Absolute no brainer.

I’m still dreaming about the Italian honeymoon adventure Reagan curated for us last fall. Private fishing with her favorite local family in Capri, cruising the Amalfi coast by boat in Positano, and exploring all of the history of Rom with a private guide, and all of the amazing food and secret spots – every moment was magic. Seamless, luxurious, and so us…no detail overlooked! Cannot recommend her enough for a once-in-a-lifetime trip done right!!

I couldn’t recommend Reagan enough for corporate travel. She’s been instrumental for our fully remote company of 120 people to get together . We’ve worked together to secure great rates and perks for two full company offsites – one in Boston and one outside of Austin. We’re now working with her again for our next one. It’s such an ease to partner with Reagan – she gives us thoughtful options with a number of options in terms of locations and pricing. She has also helped with a number of smaller team events which I always hear rave reviews about the location.

In addition, Reagan goes above and beyond sharing her insight from other clients and making connections to local charities, transportation services, restaurants, etc. She truly goes above and beyond taking great pride in the events she is involved in.
