Minette with Scout & Bimble is so wonderful! She booked the perfect babymoon for us (and easily transitioned it into a group trip when we invited some friends to join us.) Her communication was top notch from start to finish.

We went to The Lodge at Woodloch, a place that would never have been on our radar without Minette. It had incredible food, one of the best spa experiences I’ve had, and even a walking labyrinth which is a passion of mine. I would definitely go back, and I will also be using Minette for future trips! She’s the best – highly recommend working with her!

It’s a trifecta!

This is the third experience Minette has planned for us. There is a reason we keep coming back to her, she nails it every time! Full disclosure, I did not give her a lot to work with in terms of putting together a trip. I was rather indecisive at the time. Putting my full trust in her completely paid off!

Grand Cayman was just the right mix of what my family needed! The island provided the opportunity to kick back and relax, along with peppering in some adventure throughout. As our luck would have it, we also had the opportunity to attend The North American Powerlifting Championship as spectators. We were in complete AWE of these athletes!

My family and I spent a week in Costa Rica in June. The trip was FABULOUS, due in large part because of Minette’s coordination of the vacation from start to finish! When I first contacted Minette, she thoughtfully listened to what kind of trip I wanted for my family. With her enthusiastic, knowledgeable and excellent planning of lodging and excursions and related transportation, the trip was AMAZING! EVERYTHING was seamless, easily and thoroughly communicated; all of the guides and drivers we had were fantastic, engaged and fun; we had daily communication with people Minette worked with in Costa Rica who kept us up to date on our daily itinerary. Minette planned an amazing two week vacation for our family. We visited Switzerland and Italy and enjoyed every destination and experience she planned for us. I have two teenagers and she created experiences that we all enjoyed. The highlights were E-Biking through Fiesole followed by a farm to table lunch and truffle hunting in Tuscany!!!! Amazing experience and I could not recommend Minette more. She will definitely be planning our next vacation.

We recently returned from the trip of a lifetime, all set up by Minette Roberson. With her invaluable help, we planned a jam-packed trip through Italy, and the detailed itinerary had to accommodate an older couple and 2 adult sons. Different excursions were tailored to each interest and energy level. Everything went like clockwork – drivers, tour guides, and the excursions each day, sometimes involving two locations, all unfolded seamlessly. Biking along the Appian Way, canyoning amongst waterfalls (for the younger generation), touring ancient ruins – there were so many highlights to this trip. Every detail and contingency was accounted for and planned out. And the hotels were amazing – the nicest we have ever stayed in. We cannot recommend Scout & Bimble highly enough, and we will definitely be requesting their services again.

All communication was facilitated through her extremely detailed travel itinerary coordination software, enabling us to unwind and fully enjoy our vacation. We have already commenced planning several additional trips with Scout & Bimble to destinations in the Far East, Europe and North America through 2026.
