Leslie is the Founder of Inclusive Escapes Travel, a boutique travel agency specializing in cruising, all-inclusive resorts & escorted tours prioritizing relaxation, rejuvenation & adventure! We welcome all travelers to escape the busyness of life & enjoy unforgettable journeys worldwide. Our particular passion is helping families with special needs see the world seamlessly and stress-free!

Leslie’s journey into inclusive travel planning was inspired by a lifetime of adventures with her brother, Lyle, who rocks an extra chromosome (AKA, has Down Syndrome). Traveling together taught her the value of thoughtful planning and the joy of discovering new places, fueling her passion to help others create their own unforgettable experiences.
Before diving into travel advising, Leslie earned her bachelor degree in Theatre Arts and master degree in Mental Health Counseling. Her career began at the Center for Creative Arts Therapy, where she wore many hats, from marketing to overseeing student training and community events. This experience honed her skills in organization, communication, and understanding people’s unique needs, all of which she brings to her travel clients today!
When not planning trips, you might find Leslie auditioning for local theatre productions, practicing aerial silks, or swing dancing in Downtown Aurora. It’s no surprise that her favorite part of packaged vacationing is the entertainment!
In 2024, Leslie was honored to be named a “Four Under 40” recipient by the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce, recognizing emerging young professional leaders.

Planning and servicing of travel was excellent. Only suggestion is when assisting in the planning for a river cruise to advise traveller of water level issues and potential of extended bus time. It’s not only the time lost in a bus but the problem of packing and unpacking while moving between boats and hotels.
This is a nice Chicago area agency run by a real person who cares. I do not hesitate to recommend Leslie and Inclusive Escapes Travel.
