Kait did a great job planning our honeymoon in Riviera Maya!

We knew we wanted to stay at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico – Kait has stayed at a multitude of resorts around the country and has a wealth of knowledge to share. We appreciated her real-world experiences and knew we could trust her recommendations while planning the trip.

Kait set up our flights, private transportation to and from the airport, travel insurance, dining reservations, and more – pretty much all we had to do was pack our bags. She also provided plenty of information in the weeks leading up to the trip to help us prepare for our flights and stay in Mexico, along with resort-specific tips and local excursion recommendations.

The resort was just as she described and we had a fantastic time. Needless to say, we will be going to Kait for all our future travel needs!

My husband and I used Escapes by Kait for our destination wedding to Mexico. Our experience working with her was nothing short of amazing! We previously had been working with another travel agent who had abruptly dropped us as clients when we asked “too many questions” about different resorts in a country we have never traveled to before. Kaitlyn came in and saved the day and was able to accommodate over 30 people for our trip to Playa Del Carmen. She was very professional, prompt, and responsive. Kait was phenomenal to work with. We decided very last minute to elope and wanted her help with planning our honeymoon. Despite giving her minimal time to work with, Kait was able to help us plan a perfect trip for us with truly 0% stress on our end. She made the process of picking where to stay simple and easy, was knowledgeable about the area, and had great suggestions for things to do. We told her what we had in mind and she made it happen. Kaitlyn planned our honeymoon to Italy and Greece and we couldn’t be happier with her services! Everything from the flights, the transfers to and from the airport, train stations, our excursions, etc. it was all handled! Kaitlyn planned out our entire itinerary with activities that we told her we were interested in and what she chose for us, was so fun! We had “free days” to explore too so we got the best of both worlds with activities and relaxation. We would 100% use Kaitlyn’s services again! Thank you for everything!

Kaitlyn went above and beyond in creating our traveling experience for us and all of our guests traveling to Mexico. We had 40 guests at Dreams Riviera Cancun attending our wedding and Kaitlyn was very responsive and available for any and all questions from the beginning of planning our wedding all the way to our trip end to ensure every guest had the most amazing experience. With her help and guidance, Everything from booking our travel to planning out every detail regarding traveling was made so easy in one of the most unprecedented times during the pandemic. Our wedding was perfect and all of our guests had an absolute blast thanks to her!!! To this day all of our guests continue to book their vacations through her, she made amazing connections with our guests which turned into friendships! Having Kaitlyn as a resource to help field questions about the logistics and booking process was a huge help and allowed us, including our guests to focus on the vacation and wedding.

Kaitlyn made our 35th anniversary/“empty nest” trip to Costa Rica as stress free as traveling can be – she answered questions knowledgeably, kept us informed of any changes that we needed to know about, and sent us awesome travel tips and advice. We felt like she was in our corner the entire trip and always just a text away. The vacation was truly a slice of heaven and we are happy to give Kaitlyn a 5 star review – she deserves every one of them!
