Before founding Inspire World Travel in 2016, I managed complex international logistics in global health—experience that taught me how to keep even intricate travel plans running smoothly. As a Virtuoso advisor, I provide insider access, VIP perks, and meaningful ways to explore the world.

Travel has shaped my life. After a lifetime of worldwide travel and years managing international logistics in the global health field—coordinating VIP delegations, navigating complex itineraries, and ensuring trips ran smoothly under pressure—I realized I wanted to bring that same level of care and detail to personal travel. In 2016, I founded Inspire World Travel to design trips that go beyond “just a vacation.”
The best trips are personal. My role is is to listen first: I take the time to understand what matters most to you, then I create an itinerary that feels seamless, surprising, and meaningful.

The earlier the better—9–12 months ahead for peak season or complex trips, 3–6 months for most travel.
Do you charge planning fees?
Yes; the amount depends on trip complexity. For Virtuoso hotel-only bookings, there is no fee.

Incredible family trip to 5 European countries. Julia was instrumental in the success of our European trip to Iceland, Italy, Slovenia, Austria, and Germany. It wasn’t an easy itinerary to create, so I loved handing over the reins to Inspire World Travel. Julia helped arrange local hotels all within walking distance of historic downtowns, arranged transport via train, bus, or private car, and helped us figure out what activities to do in each locale. Additionally, she was full of helpful hints such as heading straight to the thermal baths in Iceland upon arriving off a red-eye flight, and getting on one of the first tours at Vintgar Gorge in Slovenia to avoid crowds. Highly recommend Julia and Inspire World Travel–we will definitely use her again! Our trip was epic!
My family had a fantastic trip to Portugal this summer thanks to the planning by Inspire World Travel! I would highly recommend Julia for any trip planning as she has so much experience and has traveled everywhere. We are a family of four with two teenage kids. We rented a car and traveled to Lisbon, Porto, Douro Valley, Alentejo region and the Algarve. The trip was 2 weeks. We stayed in such a great variety of accommodations found by Julia. Lodging consisted of: furnished apartments, a family owned farmhouse, a 17th century convent, and a hotel. Every single one was spot on. We loved every place we stayed. The pacing of the trip was perfect. Not rushed at all, but we felt like we saw so much. Thanks for all the fantastic help! Our family will treasure our time together in Portugal.
