Heather was amazingly helpful in arranging the itinerary for our 3 weeks in Europe. Her recommendations for hotels, travel spots, cruise lines, and accommodations were spot-on. Last minute requests, like changes to transportation, were easily handled by Heather. Her suggestion to upgrade our Norwegian Viva cabin to the Haven made the entire 10 days on the Mediterranean the most enjoyable and memorable vacation of our lives.

Her cheerful voice put me at ease when I was stressed about a possible problem (my fault) and always just got me even more excited about our trip.
